Rolling Hills Nut Company was founded in 2008 in California’s Central Valley with a service-first mission rooted in integrity and trust. Over the years, Rolling Hills became a reliable partner for high-quality almond processing, helping customers move beyond the commodity model through consistent execution and partnership.
In 2015, Rolling Hills launched Northside Food Company to meet growing demand for value-added almond products. With specialized equipment and in-house innovation, Northside expanded capabilities into products such as almond flour, almond butter, and flavored nuts, and select roasted legume profiles, supporting customers with ingredients designed for real-world application and performance.
In 2025, Northside Food Company was renamed Nügredient Solutions to reflect expanded capabilities, including formulation, co-manufacturing support, and broader ingredient solutions for CPG brands.
